Cracker Barrel Rewards™ is Cracker Barrel Old Country Store's new rewards program. Members can earn Pegs for a full menu of Rewards - from sweets to entrées, Barrel Bites to retail discounts.

You can join online at crackerbarrel.com, or in the Cracker Barrel app, or at any of our Cracker Barrel Old Country Store® locations. At Cracker Barrel locations, look for QR codes on signs and tables to make joining easy.

It's FREE to join Cracker Barrel Rewards™!

All you need to create an account is your first name, last name, mobile number, email address and a unique password.

You must be at least 18 years old and the age of majority in your state of residence to join the Cracker Barrel Rewards™ program.

You will still need to join the Cracker Barrel Rewards™ program if you don't want to miss out on receiving Rewards. You can use the same email address as your current Cracker Barrel account when you join.

All previous accounts will need to be updated to Cracker Barrel Rewards™ accounts. When you sign into your store account, there will be an opportunity to join the Cracker Barrel Rewards™ program. Once you join the program, you need to be signed in as a member to earn Rewards on your retail purchases.

Pegs are our version of points for rewards, based on the famous Cracker Barrel Peg Board Game.

You can start earning Pegs immediately after you join Cracker Barrel Rewards™. You cannot earn Pegs before you are a Cracker Barrel Rewards™ member.

You will earn 1 Peg for every dollar you spend on qualifying purchase in the Cracker Barrel Old Country Store Restaurant, in the Retail Store and online at www.crackerbarrel.com. Pegs cannot be earned for orders made through third party delivery services. Be sure to sign into your Cracker Barrel Rewards™ account online or in our app to earn Peg credit. Yes, you'll have lots of ways to earn Bonus Pegs! Pegs can be earned in the Bonus Game and through special offers.

It can take 24-72 hours for Pegs to appear in your account after making a qualifying purchase.

You can check your Peg balance by logging into your account online at crackerbarrel.com or in our app. You’ll find your Peg balance on the Rewards dashboard. Your Peg balance is also on the upper right-hand corner of the Rewards emails you receive from us. Or, you can ask your cashier to inform you at checkout.

You earn Pegs for your qualifying purchase subtotal, which EXCLUDES gratuities, taxes, fees, delivery charges, gift cards and any purchases made with your Peg Rewards. See full Terms and Conditions for details.

Gratuities, taxes, fees, delivery charges and gift cards are excluded and ineligible for Peg accrual.

There are a lot of Bonus Rewards: Welcome, Birthday, Surprise and Bonus Game Rewards. They make membership more fun and rewarding for you.

Bonus Rewards do expire. You can view the expiration dates for your Bonus Rewards on your Rewards dashboard when logged into your account online at crackerbarrel.com or in our app.

The Welcome Reward is a Free Shareable of your choice (subject to availability). It will be in your account following your first purchase as a Rewards member and must be used within 30 days.

Your Birthday Reward is a free dessert – to celebrate your special day. You’ll receive it on the first day of your birth month and will have 45 days to use it. For example, if your birthday is June 10th, your birthday reward will be available in your account on June 1st and will expire 45 days later (in this case, July 16th).

If you have made at least one qualifying purchase in the previous 12 months, just be sure you’ve added your birthday to your account information by the month prior to your birth month. To add your birthday, sign in to your account, select your “Name”, then “My Account.”

Yes! You can earn and redeem in-store and online. In-store, be sure to let the cashier know you're a Rewards member or show them your member ID QR code found at the top of the Rewards page. If you're using Mobile Pay be sure you're logged in to earn (even if you're coming from the app and signed in).

You can earn Rewards when you have accumulated at least 75, 150 or 225 Pegs. Rewards at each level are listed online and in the app on the Cracker Barrel Rewards™ dashboard. How you use your Rewards is up to you! You can use multiple Rewards at once. You can also choose how your Pegs are used. For example, 225 Pegs can be redeemed for a single 225-Peg Reward, or three 75-Peg Rewards, or a 75-Peg Reward plus a 150-Peg Reward.

As a Cracker Barrel Rewards™ member, you can redeem Pegs as soon as you qualify for a Reward tier. After you collect enough Pegs for a Reward (75, 150, 225 Pegs), you can choose to redeem your Pegs on qualifying restaurant food or beverages or for a discount on qualifying retail purchases. You can choose to redeem your Pegs in-store, online at crackerbarrel.com on in our app. Once your Pegs are redeemed, the corresponding number of Pegs will be removed from your Peg balance.

• 75 Pegs: Take Home Meal, $5 Off $25 Retail Reward, Individual Side, Shareable, or Drink
• 150 Pegs: Kids Menu Item, $10 Off $50 Retail Reward or Dessert
• 225 Pegs: Entrée (Maximum discount of $20) or $15 Off $75 Retail Reward

Redeeming is easy! 

1. Start your order and add the item you'd like to redeem to your cart.
2. On the Cart page, tap the 'You Have Rewards, Redeem Now' button at the top of the page to see your recommended best value based on what is in your cart and the rewards you have available.
3. That's it! You'll then be able to see the rewards applied to your items.

Some friendly reminders: If you add or remove anything to your cart, you may need to press the button again. You can earn on catering orders, but not redeem rewards on catering items at this time. To redeem in-store, be sure to order the item you want to redeem for on your order. Tell the cashier what rewards you want to redeem for. Deeming on Dine-In Mobile Pay is coming soon.

Let us take care of that for you! When using the app or checking out online, sign in to your account, then include qualifying items in your order and your bill will automatically recommend the best value for the Rewards in your account. If you decide not to use the Rewards as recommended, you have the option to customize choices in your order. It’s up to you!

In-store, at the cashier, the best value recommendation for your Bonus and Peg Rewards will be calculated for each peg tier and applied to your order. You can choose to use them or save them for another day.

Yes, you can use your Peg Rewards and Bonus Rewards in the same order - and that really adds up.

You may redeem up to 12 Bonus Rewards in a single transaction.

Your Rewards are for you to enjoy and cannot be transferred to another account and cannot be shared with others. But, you can use your Rewards when you dine with family and friends.

Sign in with the email address and password you used to join Cracker Barrel Rewards™. Then start shopping. When you spend a qualifying amount on retail items, your best value Reward will be recommended at checkout.
