Will you deliver my catering order?

Yes! We will be happy to deliver* your catering order to your event. When placing your order select the "delivery" option and scheduled date and time you want us to arrive with your order. Please include any other special delivery instructions. If ordering for a large party, a Catering Specialist can help you work out delivery details and time to accommodate your schedule. We also offer convenient curbside and pickup options.

*At participating locations. Delivery hours and delivery radius may vary. Minimum order required and delivery fees apply.

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders may be cancelled/modified without charge if notice is provided to Cracker Barrel within the cancellation/modification windows indicated below:

Orders under $1,000: must be cancelled/modified at least 24 hours prior to pick up/delivery;
Orders between $1,000 - $2,500: must be cancelled/modified at least 48 hours prior to pickup/delivery;
Orders between $2,501 - $5,000: must be cancelled/modified at least 72 hours prior to pickup/delivery;
Orders over $5,000: must be cancelled/modified at least 5 calendar days prior to pickup/delivery.

25% of the Order Total will be charged to the customer's credit card or house account for cancellations outside of the above cancellation windows. Notwithstanding the foregoing, 100% of the order total will be charged to customer's credit card or house account for same day cancellation.

Pricing is subject to change for any Order modifications, including pickup time changes, pickup date changes, menu changes, or headcount changes.

For individuals with food allergies, view our Catering Allergen Guide. Our allergen guide covers the eight major food allergens. Please note, our normal kitchen operations involve shared preparation and cooking areas, including common fryer oil; therefore, cross-contact of all our menu items (including allergens and meat) is possible. We cannot guarantee that the menu items listed in our allergen guide are completely free of allergens. We recommend our guests with food allergies speak with the restaurant manager prior to placing an order to make the kitchen aware of your needs.
